Start free. Priced by the clients you manage.

The CRM is free forever, for unlimited users. Starter adds Commission Management at one flat price. Professional unlocks every module, priced by the number of client accounts you manage, not the seats you fill, so your bill tracks your book, not your headcount. Flux is an add-on on any plan. Enterprise is custom quoted.

Professional includes white-label resale. Offer your clients their own branded portal, reporting, and managed back office as a subscription service, and the spread becomes predictable monthly revenue. Managed services let you deliver it without hiring first.

What a real brokerage pays

A brokerage managing 50 client accounts runs on Professional at $499/mo: every module, from Commission Management to Contract Management, with room to resell every one of those 50 clients back a portal of their own.

The incumbent charges $299/mo (starting at, per rpmtelco.com, July 2026) for its starting plan, with no free tier, no white-label, and a demo call to see a number.

Don't want to staff it? We run it.

Managed services put our back-office team behind your modules from day one, expense audits, projects, renewals, fractional or dedicated, US-based or offshore, time and materials for the variable work. You sell the outcome; we do the labor.

Pricing questions, answered straight

What counts as a client account?

A client account is one end customer you manage in Modero: the company whose services, statements, and contracts you track. Your tier is set by how many of those you manage at once, which is why the price moves with your book of business rather than your headcount. Users are always unlimited and never counted, and the CRM stays free.

How do I get the modules I need?

Modules come with your plan, not per person. Starter covers the CRM and Commission Management; Professional includes every module, so your commission analyst, your project coordinator, and everyone else works in whichever ones they need at no extra per-person cost. On Professional your price is set by the number of client accounts you manage, and every module is available to your whole team.

Starter or Professional, which one do I need?

It comes down to what you need, not how big you are. Starter is the CRM plus Commission Management at one flat price, with no cap on client accounts: the right plan if getting paid correctly is the problem you are solving and you do not need expense audits, project tracking, or contract management yet. Professional adds those modules and white-label resale, and is priced in brackets by the number of client accounts you manage. You can start free, move to Starter when commissions get real, and move up when the rest of the back office does.

How does annual billing compare to monthly?

Annual billing gives you two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. Monthly billing costs more over a year but you can cancel any month. You can start monthly and switch to annual whenever you are confident a module is earning its keep.

Is the CRM really free, or is this a trial?

Really free, not a trial. Unlimited users, no credit card, no expiration date. The free CRM is how we earn the chance to show you the paid modules. If you never buy one, the CRM is still yours.

Are there setup fees, implementation costs, or usage charges?

Setup is free and self-serve, and it always will be. Nothing about getting started is gated behind a call or a fee: the import wizards, statement mapping templates, documentation, and weekly group office hours come with every plan, including the free CRM.

If you would rather not do it yourself, we sell optional launch packages and managed services, priced publicly, on the page, like everything else. Launch packages are one time and never touch your monthly bill.

Your subscription price is still the whole subscription price. There are no per-record charges, no per-statement charges, and no per-seat add-ons. If that ever changes, it will be on this page before it applies to anyone.

What happens to my data if I cancel a module?

Your data stays yours. You can export everything at any time, before or after canceling. When you cancel a paid module, the records it managed become read only rather than deleted, and your free CRM keeps working exactly as before. There is no retrieval fee and no deletion countdown.
