- Terms of Service The Modero SaaS License Agreement: your subscription, fees and billing, the 99.9% SLA and support targets (Exhibit B), the Acceptable Use Policy (Exhibit C), data ownership and the End Client data firewall, white-label (Enterprise plans), and termination.
- Subprocessor List The third-party providers that support the platform, with advance-notice rights per the Terms.
- Privacy Policy How we collect, use, and protect information.
- Cookie Policy Cookies and similar technologies on our sites.
Pricing is published at mymodero.com/pricing and selected at signup; Enterprise plans are quoted per engagement. A data processing addendum is available on request for advisors whose compliance obligations require one (Terms, Section 9.6).
