Do I need a launch package?
Probably not, if you are on the free CRM or starting Starter with two or three suppliers and clean spreadsheets. Self-Start exists because most people genuinely do not need help: the import wizards, mapping templates, documentation, and weekly office hours are enough.
The people who buy one are usually moving off another platform, or they want to be reconciling this week rather than next month. If you book a call and we think you do not need a package, we will tell you.
What happens if my setup runs past what the package covers?
We tell you before we start, not after. Three things move the number: how many supplier statement formats you have, how many client accounts you manage, and whether there is a migration from another system.
If your scope is past what the package covers, you get a fixed quote for the difference or our published hourly rate, your choice, agreed before any of that work begins. No surprise invoices.
Why is Launch free on annual billing?
Because paying annually already tells us you are serious, and two months free plus a waived Launch fee is a better trade for both of us than an argument about a setup charge.
You can start monthly and switch to annual whenever you are confident. The waiver applies to the Launch package; White-Glove is quoted and billed on its own.
Who actually does the work?
A Modero implementation specialist, working inside your workspace, on your data. Not a partner, not a reseller, not a queue.
Your client data stays yours. We do not market to or solicit the clients you bring us, and that is in the contract, not just on this page.
How long does a launch take?
Most Launch setups finish inside a week from the day we get your statements and your client list. White-Glove runs longer because migration does: we export your history, clean it, map it, then validate it against your last statement cycle so you can see the numbers agree before you cut over.
The specialist hours in each package are worked time, not how long you wait. What sets the calendar is usually how fast supplier statements and exports come back to you, which is why we ask for them first.
