CRM
A telecom CRM that understands suppliers, sites, and residuals.
Free forever. Unlimited users. No credit card.
Modero is telecom CRM software for agents, advisors, and brokers. Unlike a generic CRM, its records are shaped for the channel: companies hold multiple sites, deals carry supplier and service and monthly recurring revenue, and a closed deal can become a tracked commission expectation. It is free forever for unlimited users, with no credit card and no trial clock, and it is the foundation the paid Modero modules build on.
Free forever. No credit card required. No demo call.
Telecom CRM
A CRM for the telecom industry, not a generic one you bend into shape
Suppliers, sites, services, contract terms, and recurring revenue are first-class fields here. In a general-purpose CRM they are custom properties you build and maintain yourself.
A pipeline that speaks telecom
Your deals are not generic. They have suppliers, sites, services, and monthly recurring revenue. Modero's pipeline carries those details natively, so you stop forcing circuit information into fields named for someone else's industry.
- Deal records with supplier, service, and term built in
- Pipeline stages you can rename to match how you sell
- Monthly recurring value visible across the whole pipeline
Every client, every site, one record
Companies in Modero hold their locations, contacts, and history together. When a client calls about the office you set up two years ago, the answer is on one screen, not in an inbox archive.
- Company records with multiple sites and contacts
- Notes and tasks shared across your whole team
- Full history of every deal you have worked together
Free for the whole team, not the first three seats
Most free CRM tiers are bait: two users, then the invoice. Modero's CRM is free for unlimited users because the business model is the paid modules, not a squeeze on your headcount.
- Unlimited users at no cost, forever
- No credit card to sign up, no trial countdown
- Add paid modules per person, only when they earn it
Built for the telecom industry, not adapted to it
Any CRM can be bent into shape with custom fields. The cost is that you become the person maintaining that shape: every new field, every report that has to know about it, every new hire you explain it to. A telecom CRM starts where a generic one ends up after a month of configuration, and it stays there without your attention.
- Supplier and TSD relationships on the deal, not in a text field
- Contract term and renewal date held on the service record
- Monthly recurring revenue as a native concept, not a workaround
The bridge from a closed deal to a paid commission
Most CRMs treat closed-won as the finish line. In this channel it is the start of a residual stream that runs for years. Deals closed in Modero carry the supplier, service, and rate data that a commission expectation needs, so when you turn on Commission Management the ledger is already populated. Until then the data still sits there, correct and waiting, at no cost.
- Closed deals carry the fields a commission ledger needs
- No re-keying when you add Commission Management later
- The CRM stays free whether or not you ever do

CRM questions
What is a telecom CRM?
A telecom CRM is a customer relationship manager whose records are shaped for the telecom channel. Companies hold multiple sites rather than one address, deals carry the supplier, service type, contract term, and monthly recurring revenue, and the closed deal is the start of a residual commission stream rather than the end of the sale. A generic CRM can be configured to approximate this; a telecom CRM starts there.
Is the free CRM actually free, or a limited trial?
Actually free. Unlimited users, no credit card, no expiration date, no feature countdown. Modero makes money when you choose to add paid modules, so the CRM does not need to trick you into a subscription.
What does the free CRM include?
Contacts, companies, deals, pipeline stages, notes, and tasks, for as many users as you want to invite. Paid modules add commission tracking, expense management, projects, bandwidth quoting, and contract management on top of the same records.
Can I import my existing contacts and deals?
Yes. The CRM imports CSV files, which covers spreadsheets and the export formats of most other CRMs. Bring your contacts, companies, and open deals with you; you should not have to retype your own book of business.
Why use this instead of a generic CRM?
Generic CRMs do not know what a supplier, a site, or a circuit is, so advisors end up bolting telecom onto fields meant for something else. Modero records are shaped for the channel, and your closed deals flow straight into commission tracking the day you add that module.
How many users can I add on the free plan?
As many as you want. Unlimited means unlimited: your whole team, your bookkeeper, the new rep who starts Monday. Users are never counted or capped on any plan; paid tiers are priced by the number of client accounts you manage, not by people.
What changes when I add a paid module?
Nothing about the CRM. You pick the Professional bracket that covers the number of client accounts you manage, and every module unlocks for your whole team. The CRM stays free for unlimited users, and there are no per-record fees on top.
Setting the modules up is free and self-serve too. If you want us to do it with you instead, launch packages are optional, one time, and priced publicly.
Can I just use a generic CRM for my telecom agency?
You can, and many agencies do. The cost is configuration you own forever: custom fields for supplier, service, and term, a workaround for clients with many sites, and a separate spreadsheet for recurring revenue because the CRM thinks your deal ended at closed-won. That is a real amount of maintenance, and it usually lands on whoever is least able to hand it over.
Does the free telecom CRM track commissions?
The free CRM holds the data a commission expectation needs: supplier, service, rate, and term on every closed deal. Reconciling what suppliers actually paid against what they owed is Commission Management, which is a paid module. The distinction matters because you can build a complete, accurate service inventory for free and decide about reconciliation later, without re-keying anything.
Can one client have multiple sites and services?
Yes, and this is the main structural difference from a general-purpose CRM. A company record holds as many sites as the client has, each with its own address, contacts, and services. A client with forty locations is one company and forty service addresses, not forty companies or one address and a notes field.
How is a CRM used in the telecom industry?
Differently on each side of the channel. Carriers and MVNOs use CRM for subscriber management and billing at consumer scale. Agents, advisors, and brokers use it for something closer to B2B account management: a book of client companies, each with multiple sites and services from several suppliers, generating residual commissions for years after the sale. Modero is built for the second case. Software built for the first will not fit an agency, and the reverse is equally true.
How hard is it to move off a spreadsheet?
Smaller than most people expect, because the data you already keep is close to what the CRM needs. Export contacts, companies, and open deals to CSV and import them. The part that takes real time is not the import, it is deciding which of your spreadsheet’s accumulated conventions to keep. Run both in parallel for a month; the honest test is whether anyone still opens the sheet at the end of it.
